Summer Staff Applications
Camp Akita is a beautiful place to work and also a great place to grow in your spiritual, personal, relational, and professional life. You will gain experience in different areas that will equip you for your future career. If you love the Lord and want to share with others the joy God brings to your life, then camp is the place to spend your summer!

*(OPENS APRIL 1, 2024 - You can apply to be a Wrangler in Training, Counselor in Training, Staff in Training, or Lifeguard in Training. We will be accepting 10 IT's this summer. Trainees must be at least 13 years old to apply.)

June 2 - 9: Camp Akita Summer Administration Retreat (arrive at camp by 5 pm)
June 4 - 9: Certification Week (Lifeguards, Kitchen, High Adventure)

June 9 -16: Base Camp (Staff arrive for training by 5 pm)
June 16 - 23: Cub Camp (ages 7-9)
June 16 - 23: Junior Camp (ages 10-12)
June 23 - 30: Tween Camp (ages 11-14)
June 30 - July 7 : Teen + Specialty Camp (ages 14-17)
July 7 - 14: Family Camp (All ages)
July 14 - 21: Pastor's Retreat + Camp Meeting
July 21 - 24: Camp Strike
